List of Floor Fractured Craters
A new study of FFC was published in 2012 by Lauren M. Jozwiak at Brown University and colleagues. It is based on images and topo from LRO. Here is the article: Lunar floor-fractured craters: Classification, distribution, origin and implications for magmatism and shallow crustal structure. The full catalog of all 156 of their FFC is here.
Note:
The original list in this page is very incomplete.
Since august 2014 an additional (experimental) list and a supplement list (a North to South arrangement, according to the 144 LAC sections in the Clementine Atlas) are compiled by Danny Caes (see lower sections of this page).

Here's an additional (experimental) list of FFC, by Danny Caes, from explorations in the WAC mosaic of the LROC's online ACT-REACT Quick Map, the LPI's Lunar Orbiter photographs, and the Clementine Atlas of the Moon (Bussey/ Spudis)
Because there's a lot to explore on the moon, this list will expand rather slowly...
Note: In this list I do not immediately speak of FFCs, just "craters" (say: possible FFCs).
Non-bold names appearing between brackets (Italics) are those mentioned in the incomplete original list (see above).
I don't know if it's possible to detect every one of the 206 FFCs once discovered by Peter H. Schultz, but... I try...

Fractured or "crackled" regions
A fractured or "crackled" region is a non-crater related surface which shows (more-or-less) the same kind of appearance of a typical FFC's floor (the criss-cross arrangement of fractures, looking like sections of some sort of "cobweb").
