- Frames 1001 to 1004: ? (missing?)
- Frames 1005 to 1020 are a series of vertical photographs of Mare Smythii: from its western rim (first frames, moon's near side) to its eastern (last frames, moon's far side). Compare with the lower part of Libration Zone 3 in Antonin Rukl's Atlas of the Moon.
- Frame 1005: the LTO's "Doyle" (Schubert C), and "Camoens" (SSE of "Doyle"). The dark crater at the left margin is Schubert, with Back south of it.
- Frames 1006 to 1014: Peek in Mare Smythii. The ring-shaped crater east of Peek is the LTO's "Pirandello".
- Frames 1015 to 1020: the eastern rim of Mare Smythii, and Dorsa Dana, McAdie.
- Frame 1019: "Milton" (Purkyne S), "Tasso" (Purkyne U), "Hugo" (Purkyne V). See also the LPOD of march the 29th, 2008.
- Frames 1021 to 1024: Fox and Wyld.
- Frame 1025: Jenkins, Nobili, Van Vleck, Weierstrass.
- Frame 1026: Dubyago, Liouville, Respighi, and a concentric craterlet south of Liouville. See also the LPOD of march the 30th, 2008.
- Frame 1027: Dubyago, Respighi, and a concentric craterlet southwest of Dubyago. See also the LPOD of march the 30th, 2008.
- Frame 1028: Korolev, Galois.
- Frame 1029: Apollonius, Condon, Petit, Townley, Webb.
- Frame 1030: Korolev, Galois.
  • 1030-h1: western part of Korolev's rim.
  • 1030-h2: southwestern part of Korolev's rim, eastern part of Crookes's rim.
  • 1030-h3: region south-southwest of Korolev.

- Frame 1031: Taruntius, Anville, Dorsa Cato, Dorsum Cushman.
- Frame 1032: Dorsum Cayeux (running through the "constellation of four", which are craters Taruntius G (Anville), H, K, and P).
- Frame 1033: Sinus Successus (note the two curious plateau-like elevations!). Landingsite of Luna 16 (0°41' N/ 56°18' E).
- Frame 1034: Sinus Successus, Condon, Dorsa Andrusov, Webb.
- Frame 1035: Korolev, Galois.
- Frame 1036: Korolev, Galois.

  • 1036-h1: western part of Korolev.
  • 1036-h2: northwestern part of Doppler's rim. Southwestern part of Korolev.
  • 1036-h3: west-southwestern part of Doppler's rim and floor.

- Frame 1037: Korolev, Galois.
- Frame 1038: Korolev, Galois.

  • 1038-h1: Korolev B and T.
  • 1038-h2: Korolev M (crater with central peak).
  • 1038-h3: Doppler, Galois.

  • 1040-h1: region northwest of Timiryazev.
  • 1040-h2: region between Korolev, Mechnikov, and Timiryazev.

- Frame 1041: Zahringer and NASA's "Mount Marilyn" (the pronounced and triangle-shaped "peninsula").
- Frame 1042: Wallach (the craterlet near the frame's centre), and NASA's "Bob's Bend" (near the frame's lower margin).
- Frame 1043: ? (missing?).
- Frame 1044: Dorsa Cato in Mare Fecunditatis.
- Frame 1045: ? (missing?).
- Frames 1046 and 1047: Maskelyne D and R (part of NASA's "Bob's Bend").
- Frame 1048: NASA's "Barbara Mesa".
- Frame 1049: NASA's "Lonesome Mesa".
- Frames 1050 and 1051: peculiar "iceberg"-like surface formations south of Montes Secchi.
- Frames 1052 and 1053: Lubbock R (upper left corner of frame) and NASA's "Smokey Valley" (below centre of frame).
- Frame 1054: east of NASA's "Smokey Valley".
- Frame 1055: NASA's "Smokey Valley".
- Frames 1058 to 1065: peculiar "iceberg"-like surface formations south of Montes Secchi.
- Frame 1067: Secchi X (NASA's "Lost Crater").
- Frames 1068 to 1072: Maskelyne A (aka Van Langren's "Wendelini").
- Frames 1076, 1077, 1078, 1079: NASA's "Low Mesa".
- Frames 1080, 1081, 1082, 1083: NASA's "Lost Basin".
- Frame 1084: west of Dionysius (slightly east of the region at the centre of the triangle d'Arrest - Cayley - Dionysius).
- Frames 1085, 1086, 1087: Armstrong (Sabine E).
- Frames 1088 to 1100: officially unnamed wrinkle ridges east-southeast of Armstrong (Sabine E), of which one was unofficially called "Faye Ridge" during the heydays of NASA's Apollo program.
- Frame 1101: ? (missing?).
- Frame 1102: Earth's crescent "near" the moon's curved limb. The dark spot on the moon is Tsiolkowsky.

  • 1102-h2: close up of Earth's crescent "near" the moon's curved limb. This is one of the most reproduced photographs of both the moon and Earth.
  • 1102-h3: the moon's curved limb.

- Frame 1103: Dembowski Mensa.

- Frame 1107: the nameless plain east-southeast of Godin, southwest of D'Arrest B, west of Theon Senior B. See also Lunar Orbiter 2 frame 2094.
- Frames 1109 and 1110: Theon Senior B.
- Frame 1112: Theon Senior and Theon Senior A.
- Frames 1113 and 1114: east of Schroter. The limber shaped (gun carriage shaped) formation in the upper parts of both frames could be detected on chart 17 (page 47) in the 21st Century Atlas of the Moon (Wood/ Collins), at location 3/4-F/G (magnifying lens needed!).
- Frame 1115: Tsiolkowsky, Gagarin, Mendeleev.

  • 1115-h1: Tamm.
  • 1115-h2: Marconi, Vil'ev, Van Den Bos.
  • 1115-h3: Denning B, Denning C, Denning Y, Denning Z, Marconi L, and an unnamed catena which is running diagonally through the frame, and also through the interior of Denning Y.

- Frame 1116: Gagarin, Keeler, Mendeleev.
- Frame 1117: Earth's crescent "near" the moon's curved limb. The dark spot on the moon is Tsiolkowsky.
- Frames 1118 to 1123: peculiar "Echelon Formation" in Sinus Medii, west of the Surveyor 4/ Surveyor 6 sites.
- Frame 1133: Oppolzer A.
- Frames 1134 and 1135: Gambart (and Gambart EA in frame 1135).
- Frame 1136: the Tsiolkovskiy, Mendeleev, Shirakatsi, Dobrovolsky, Love, Catena Gregory region (research Patricio Leon).

  • 1136-h1: Prager, Catena Gregory.
  • 1136-h2: Perepelkin, Love (and noteworthy catena).
  • 1136-h3: Shirakatsi, Dobrovolsky.

- Frame 1137: field of hillocks between Reinhold and Gambart A.
- Frame 1138: Gambart E and Gambart F.
- Frame 1139: close up of region in frame 1137's lower right corner.
- Frame 1140: hillocks near Gambart AB, west of Gambart A. See also the lower part of frame 1137.
- Frames 1141, 1142, 1143: the floor of Flammarion.
- Frame 1144: Flammarion's east-rim and Sporer's west-rim.
- Frames 1145 and 1146: Sporer.
- Frame 1147: the officially unnamed valley west-northwest of Gylden, which is unofficially called Vallis Gylden by Danny Caes.
- Frame 1148: Gylden A, Vallis Gylden.
- Frame 1149: east of Lansberg. Peculiar "Bibendum" figure near the lower right corner of the frame (see also frame 1151).
- Frame 1150: unnamed rima north-northeast of Lansberg A and Lansberg Aa.
- Frame 1151: east of Lansberg. Note the Bibendum-Michelin Man human-like formation (cluster of craterlets) near the frame's lower left corner. This "Bibendum" is also detectable on chart 22 (page 57) in the 21st Century Atlas of the Moon (Wood/ Collins). Magnifying glass required!
- Frame 1152: ? (missing?).
- Frames 1153, 1154, and 1155: Encke C.
- Frame 1168: Fra Mauro B (frames 1165 to 1172).
- Frame 1174: low-sun illuminated Hevelius D on an unnamed wrinkle ridge in Oceanus Procellarum.
- Frame 1175: unnamed wrinkle ridges west-northwest of Lansberg Db and Lansberg Dc.
- Frames 1176 to 1181: Wichmann CA and unnamed wrinkle ridges east of it.
- Frames 1185 to 1199: northeastern parts of the Flamsteed P ring.
- Frames 1200 and 1201: slightly north of Flamsteed P's central part.
- Frames 1202 to 1209: Flamsteed D.
- Frames 1210 to 1215: eastern parts of the Flamsteed P ring.
