I have only a partial photocopy of the work and the exact method used (other than the vertical displacements being based on the measurement of shadows, possibly from photos from Rangers VII, VIII, and IX) is missing from my copy. If anyone could add this, it would be great.- fatastronomer
I have photocopies of the intro material of the book. The peak heights were determined from measurements of shadow lengths on the Photographic Lunar Atlas. Crater depth measures from the PLA commonly have significant errors - these peak heights should be considered rough estimates only.
