According to the LPI's Apollo Image Atlas there's only one Apollo photograph of Polzunov.
I detected another one:
AS16-M-3000, which is one of Apollo 16's Fairchild-camera frames made during TEC (Trans Earth Coast) shows Polzunov near the lower part of the frame's right margin.

Ivan Ivanovich Polzunov (1728 - May 27, 1766) was a Russian heat engineer and inventor. He is credited with creation of the first steam engine in Russia and the first two-cylinder motor in the world.
