Description
The "LM" series of lunar maps, prepared for NASA by the [/DMA DMA] were a revision of the [/LAC LAC] series. They employ the same scale and projections, but are based on Lunar Orbiter and Apollo observations. The 300 m contours are generally based on stereo mapping and are consistent with the [/LTO LTO] series.
Additional Information
- The maps of the LM series can be downloaded from the [/LPI LPI] website.
