LPOD Photo Gallery Lunar Orbiter Images Although the name Moissan is not included in the LPI's search-list of orbital Apollo photographs, it (crater Moissan) was frequently photographed during several missions of project Apollo!- DannyCaes Jan 10, 2010
Apollo 16's orbital ITEK-panoramic frames AS16-P-4211 and AS16-P-4216 show the fully illuminated Moissan about "halfway" (scroll toward the centre of both frames).
Apollo 16's ITEK-frame AS16-P-4775 shows the partially illuminated Moissan near the frame's left margin.
