LO-I-025M Nobili is to the left of center, overlaying the slightly larger [/Schubert Schubert] X to its east. The deeply-shadowed 18-km circular crater below Nobili is [/Gilbert Gilbert] F. 33-km [/Weierstrass Weierstrass] is partially visible in the lower right.

- In Apollo 16's oblique northward looking Fairchild camera frame AS16-M-0787 (REV 27) one could see the dark floor and bright central peak of Nobili near the frame's centre.
