  • Because Swann (read: the more-or-less crater shaped region officially known as Swann) is located near Compton (southeast of Compton), all Lunar Orbiter frames of Swann are online at Compton.
  • A couple of good eyes could detect the rather featureless crater Swann on Apollo 16's color-Hasselblad AS16-121-19445. Swann's location is southeast of Compton (the prominent crater with central peak, which is noticeable a little bit to the right of the frame's centre).
