LO-IV-092H Rima Sheepshanks is the nearly horizontal rille in the middle of the frame. This Lunar Orbiter detail extends from 25-km Sheepshanks (the shadowed crater cut by the margin in the upper left) to 8-km Gärtner C (partial crater, same distance from top near right margin). 14-km Gärtner F (also near the right margin) is below it. At the bottom, the 21-km crater next to the ridges (and under the fingerprint-like blemish in the Lunar Orbiter film) is Galle. The 10-11 km diameter craters closest to Rima Sheepshanks are Sheepshanks C (near left margin), Galle C (near middle, on the south) and Kane G (on the north).
