Sometimes an image is so striking that I say, Wow! That must be the best picture ever of that feature! When I look at prior LPODs I sometimes find one that is more superlative, but usually not. I thought it would be fun to start a list of the best picture ever for various lunar features, updating when necessary. The idea is not to spur competition, nor to say imager A's image is better than yours, but just to gather the very best in one place. So here is a start, please help this list grow by nominating images - your own or others'. I will be the ultimate judge and, as they say, there is no accounting for taste!
