Topophotomap

(glossary entry)

Description

An extension of the LTO series of lunar charts prepared for NASA by the DMA, these use essentially the same format (stereo contours superimposed on Apollo photos) to cover small sections within an LTO. There does not seem to be any definite pattern for naming them, other than the LTO number followed by an "S" suffix and a number. They also vary in size and position within the LTO.
